Gentle Wellness Support for Brain Fog After Stroke & Neural Injury

Recovering from a stroke or neural injury is a medical journey — this is not a substitute for it. But some survivors, alongside their medical care, have found that easing tension in the nervous system leaves them feeling clearer and steadier. A free assessment can show you what that feels like.

A Piece Of The Puzzle

Brain fog, fatigue, and nervous system "noise"

Many stroke survivors describe a fog that lingers well after the acute event — trouble concentrating, mental fatigue, a sense that the brain and body aren't quite communicating the way they used to. Rehabilitation teams address this in many ways, and every survivor's medical path is different.

Our work looks at one additional piece: whether tension around the covering of the spinal cord (the meninges) is adding extra "noise" to an already taxed nervous system. When nerve roots are irritated, they may send disruptive signals that compound fatigue and fog on top of whatever the injury itself has caused.

The Neuro-Matrix Reset Technique — the same gentle, acupressure-style approach we use for Fibromyalgia and chronic pain — aims to ease that tension. It is not designed to repair neural tissue or reverse stroke damage; the goal is simply to help the nervous system carry less extra static while your medical recovery continues.

Who Explores This

Often used alongside an existing recovery plan

People who come to us after a stroke or neural injury are usually already working with physicians and therapists — they're looking for an additional, gentle layer of support, not a replacement for that care.

You're already in medical care

You have a physician and rehab team, and you're looking for a gentle addition to that plan — not a replacement for it.

Brain fog is a daily frustration

The mental fatigue and fog feel like their own burden, separate from physical recovery milestones.

You want to feel it before committing

A free, ten-minute assessment lets you notice any difference yourself, with zero pressure either way.

What To Expect

A cautious, gradual approach

A conversation about your medical history first

Before anything hands-on happens, we'll talk through your stroke or injury history, current care team, and what you're hoping to feel.

The free, gentle assessment

The same ten-minute, non-invasive process we use for chronic pain — gentle acupressure-style release points at the upper neck.

You tell us what you notice

Some people feel a difference in clarity or fatigue right away; others notice more gradually, if at all. We'll be honest either way.

A plan that fits alongside your care

If it seems worth pursuing, we'll talk through what ongoing sessions could look like — always in addition to, never instead of, your medical care.

A Client's Experience

What one client noticed

"After the test I sat up and felt so much clearer. I had a stroke a couple of years ago, and this has been a helpful part of my recovery alongside my medical care. I am able to walk better, think more clearly, and everything has just opened up more after each visit."

Common Questions

Stroke & neural recovery support FAQ

Can this help with brain fog after a stroke?

Some people recovering from stroke or other neural injuries have used the Neuro-Matrix Reset Technique alongside their medical care and reported feeling clearer and less foggy. This is not a medical treatment, and it is not designed to repair brain tissue or reverse neurological damage.

Is this a substitute for stroke rehabilitation or medical care?

No. This is never a substitute for stroke rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or ongoing medical care. It's offered only as an additional, gentle wellness option alongside the care your medical team is already providing.

What does the free assessment show for someone recovering from a neural injury?

The free assessment is the same gentle, non-invasive process used for other chronic symptoms — about ten minutes, focused on easing tension around the spinal cord's covering. It can help you and Kendall get a sense of whether the approach feels supportive for you, with no cost and no obligation.

Is it safe to try this after a stroke?

Always talk with your physician or care team before adding any new wellness approach after a stroke or neural injury. Kendall Peterson is not a medical doctor and will not advise you to stop or change any medical treatment.
